Today Apple has announced that they will be launching the iPad in 9 new countries. It is available in Australia, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain and Japan for pre-order.

We have taken a look at these 9 local apple stores, and taken todays exchange rate, to calculate where would be the best and worse country to buy an iPad. It seems that outside the USA & Canada, Japan is the best place to buy your iPad, and Germany is the worst place.
